The Arts Law Society hosts a Google Symposium


Tomorrow, the Arts Law Society of Seton Hall Law School is hosting a one-of-a-kind event on Google and its copyright/trademark law implications. The event features an Introduction to Google by Professor Shagin, an overview on Google and Books (The Google Library Project and Author's Guild Litigation) by Professor Jennings, and concludes with information on the Google Litigation (Viacom v. YouTube) by Nancy Mertzel, Director of Copyrights at The Gibbons Institute. There will be a brief Q&A session, followed by a reception with the panelists to follow.

The event will be held at 6:00pm in the Student Lounge.
